2. How much would delivery service cost?
Delivery cost will be calculated systematically depending on delivery destination.

3. When will I receive my order?
Delivery within Bali area will take place 1 to 2 working days from the date of order and
3 to 4 days for other province.

4. Can I order online and pick up from a store?

Related to the amount of stock in the store, we will send a SMS notification when the item is
ready in the store.

5. Are your prices online the same as in store?
The price of our products online will normally be the same as in store. However, some price differences might occur in the online only promotion.

6. How do I return or exchange an item?

is allowed within 72 hours after delivered. Please note there’s some products we can’t refund such as food products and products that have been assembled or damaged by you.

7. How do I cancel my order?
No cancellation can be done once the order is paid and confirmed.
